Truly nice staff in a really nice location. Convenient - walkable - to just about everywhere in town and not much of a drive to the slopes. Warm, hot, breakfast included makes Hotel Ketchum an easy, convenient and very pleasant place to stay
Stayed at hotel Ketchum rather than the resort for a conference. The rooms were spacious and clean! Loved having the sliding glass door to listen to the fountain at the park across the road. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. Ended up eating at the hotel rather than the conference. Staff were friendly and the hotel theme was very cute! Very conveniently located to walk to most of the eateries and shops of Ketchum. I plan on staying here on my next travels.
We did a last minute 2 night stay at Hotel Ketchum and it was fabulous! From the minute you enter the lobby it has a cozy welcoming feel. The staff were great, hot breakfast every morning, fire pits at night and a cute alcove with great views of the mountains in our room. Just 8 minutes from the Sawtooth Mountains for snow shoeing and you can walk to all the restaurants plus shopping. We highly recommend!!!

This is the only hotel to stay in Ketchum!! This boutique Gem is absolutely stunning and eclectic! With its beautiful historical theme running through the entire hotel and their correspondence - How Ewe you!!! The rooms and amenities are top notch and the staff are the best! Thank you to Jose who is so kind! From the different buildings, to The Hangout, pool, hot tub, the Pasteur and the delicious breakfast, Hotel Ketchum is the only place we will ever stay at and recommend in the future!! Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!
Hotel ketchum exceeded our expectations. Staff were extremely responsive, kind and helpful. Room was nice, large and clean. Free buffet style breakfast everyday was great. They also offer free electric bike rentals which was a great way to explore the area. Nice pool and jacuzzi area as well. Would stay again!
This is a motel, not a hotel. The rooms were newly updated, had the necessities, and were clean. The ADA accessible room was lacking a table however, and the room was on the smaller side. It was fairly quiet however, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good but limited food options.
Overall a good experience. The service and location were great, breakfast was great with very clean and cozy eating experience and the food was pretty good! The rooms were decent, and depending on which rooms you get have a very good view. We had a nice view of the mountains with ski runs.
